This active 49-year-old patient was bothered by the loose skin on her abdomen and wanted her saline implants exchanged. She scheduled a consultation with one of our Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery. At her consultation, she expressed her desire for a smaller implant and was deemed an appropriate candidate for a tummy tuck with rectus plication and a bilateral saline implant exchange with a breast lift and axillary liposuction. During surgery, it was noted that the patient’s saline implants were previously filled to 480cc and with the exchange, her implants were filled to 375cc to give the patient the smaller size she desired. Post-surgery, she presents with excellent abdominal contour and results overall.
