This 33 year-old female is an active professional and suffered from the classic symptoms of large breasts such as back, neck, and shoulder pain. She attempted ways to alleviate the pain and discomfort from massage, over-the-counter pain medications, and supportive bras without success. She was a DDD cup and wanted to be a proportionate C cup.
