This 42 year-old female had saline breast augmentation over 20 years ago and was looking for a Board Certified Michigan Plastic Surgeon who could replace her old implants. Based on before and after photo’s along with education and training she chose Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery. Her saline implants were removed and replaced with silicone implants. Internal capsulorrhaphy sutures were used as an “internal bra” technique to optimize her results. She is absolutely thrilled with her breast augmentation revision.
