This 33-year-old woman previously had a breast augmentation, and she was no longer happy with the size of her breasts post childbirth. The patient sought out Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery and scheduled a consultation with one of our Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons. During her consultation, she expressed concerns that her implants were too large and that her nipples had fallen. A surgical plan was created just for her, and she was deemed an appropriate candidate for a bilateral breast implant exchange with a wise pattern mastopexy, or breast lift. Post-surgery, her breast shape, symmetry and contours are excellent. The patient is extremely happy with her results and feels even better that her implants are now an appropriate size for her figure.
