This 65 year-old Jackson, Michigan, eyelid surgery patient was bothered by the appearance of his lower eyelids. He felt that his lower eyelids made him look extremely tired and noted that they were often worse in the morning. He had a consultation with our Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

On examination, it was noted that the individual fat compartments of the patient’s lower eyelids were bulging significantly. The patient underwent a lower lid blepharoplasty with an incision hidden just under the eyelash line, a technique that concealed the scar beautifully. He is extremely pleased with his outcome.
