This 69 year-old patient was youthful in spirit, but she felt that when she looked in the mirror she saw someone much older. She was bothered by the fullness along her jawline and jowls and by her loose neck skin. Her goal was to look refreshed but not tight or windswept. The patient was already familiar with Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery and our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, having received filler treatments of Juvéderm and Botox in the past. She stated it was a “no brainer” to choose AAPS for her surgical rejuvenation.
