This 33 year-old patient is the mother of three children and had a remarkably minimal amount of excess skin from her pregnancies. During her consultation she wanted to see what body contouring options were available for her body type. She fit the criteria for a mini tummy tuck. Mini tummy tucks are ideal for patients with a mild amount of extra skin, particularly along the lower abdomen. The scars also tend to be shorter. This patient’s incision was placed low and closed in layers to create an optimal scar. Post-surgery she is elated with how her new abdomen looks.
