This 35-year-old patient sought revision breast augmentation to improve the appearance and positioning of her breasts following a previous bilateral silicone breast augmentation with a textured implant. She was concerned about her risk of rare breast cancer ALCL with textured silicone breast implants. She underwent a bilateral silicone breast implant exchange combined with bilateral capsule tightening (capsulorrhaphy) and capsulotomy to reshape and optimize the implant pockets. These techniques allowed for improved implant positioning, enhanced breast symmetry, and a more balanced, natural-looking contour while refreshing the overall appearance of her augmentation.
