Under Eye Filler. This 42-year-old female was bothered by the appearance of her under-eyes. A lower lid blepharoplasty was also discussed in addition to filler, but the patient decided to proceed with a non-surgical approach to correct the under-eyes. A blunt tip cannula was utilized to inject the dermal filler into the tear trough and instantly gave her a refreshed look.
